We only charge the actual cost to pack a shipment (usually under $25 for a horn).  We pass on the actual shipping cost from the transportation provider and the cost of any insurance purchased from them.

We know how to pack.  To date we have never had a shipping claim (and always pack items to the best of our ability) but cannot control the handling of the item during shipment and cannot be responsible for damage.

Shipping in the U.S. is usually simple.

International shipping will involve discussion with the customer.  We always try to ship using the customerís preferred method but can only be responsible for insurable amounts should a claim occur.
